UralHimSorb in Vietnam: International Cooperation

UralHimSorb, as part of the delegation of the Perm Region, took part in a business trip to Vietnam, a country where industry, water treatment, and raw material processing are actively developing.

One of the key areas of cooperation between Russia and Vietnam is the exploration and production of oil and gas, as well as the development of related industries that require modern sorption technologies.

During the visit, a number of important meetings were held.

Negotiations were held in the cities of Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) with production companies, including those that are planning to purchase sorbents for the production of mango wine. This is a new and promising area of application for activated carbon.

Meetings with manufacturers of equipment for the purification of drinking and wastewater water were of particular interest. Today, there is an urgent need for sorbents in the market, and companies are actively looking for alternatives to coconut charcoal.

Negotiations were also held with engineering companies involved in government projects and infrastructure developments. For such projects, stable supplies and guaranteed product quality are particularly important.

Interest in Russian sorbents is growing, and the UralHimSorb sorbent plant in Perm is not only expanding its geographical presence, but also actively developing and strengthening international cooperation, offering solutions for various industries, from the food industry to water treatment.
